Yes, our diaper bags are covered by a 1 year warranty. Our warranty covers hardware and manufacturer defects on items purchased through our website or an authorized dealer. 

To clean the exterior of the bag, you can wipe the bag down with a damp cloth. To clean the inside of the bag, you can wipe with a cloth with warm water and baby detergent, then air dry. AVOID alcohol based products on interior and exterior

Each collection includes a changing pad, stroller straps, insulated bottle holder and purse strap.

The Mia weighs 2.6 lbs. The Sophia weighs 2.8 lbs. The Olivia weighs 3.1lbs

Yes! We currently offer international shipping across the world. All shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Due to international COVID -19 and customs restrictions, delivery times have been delayed. Currently international shipping can take anywhere from 10-30 business days to be delivered. Your order will be processed within 2 business days and handed off to the shipper. At that point, you will be able to track delivery to your country with our secure shipping.
